White Phenyl Thickener is availabe for thickening floorcleaning formulations including Pine Oil based and other perfume based formulations that need consistancy and stability over long storage periods on retail shelves.
Step 1: Add the Thickener PO-40T to water in the ratio of 0.1%-3% depending upon the thickness required
Step 2: Add an alkali to the water solution to get a pH above 10, you may use, Sodium Carbonate or Sodium Hydroxide
Step 3: Leave the alkali thickener solution for 4-24 hours till it achevies the required thickness
Step 4: Add any water soluble phenyle or floor cleaning formulation to the alkali thickened water. You may use our product IKON-40T which gives a thick white emulsion on dissolving with water and is compatible with all types of fragrances including Pine Oil.
Step 5: Once the emulsion is prepared it is ready to pack into the required packing.
