Ardisons manufactures a variety of emulsifier packages that are suitable for variety of base oils and variety of machining operations. The selection of correct base oil and a correct emulsifier that is compatible to that particular base oil is very necessary. If there is consistency between the two then the quality of the end product shall be optimized. Emulsifier packages are available for base oils that include HVI, LVI, SN 100, SN 70, SN 50, Transformer Oil, Diesel and other base oils of Naphthenic or Paraffinic origin that are of similar viscosity and flash point.
DESCRIPTION:
Emulsifier NC-40 is a high quality emulsifier used to emulsify oils like SN70, SN100, SN120, SN-150 LLP, TOBS , used T. Oil , Heavy Alkylates etc. Recommended ratio of 15-20% with the oil to make a milky emulsion that is stable at 600 ppm CaCO3.

Amber liquid with a mild Petroleum Odour.
USES & APPLICATIONS
The Cutting Oil made Emulsifier NC-40 with high quality base oils shall have good rust prevention, stable, long life and bactericide properties.

Emulsifier NC-40 is packaged in HDPE/ PVC plastic containers as follows: Carboy Net Weight – 50 kg. Barrel Net Weight -210 kg.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in a warehouse with a fire prevention system. Avoid contact with incompatible chemicals listed in section IV. Store in tightly sealed full containers in well-ventilated controlled warehouse conditions.
